As we were moving, we did not have everything together. Currently we don't have a microwave oven. The other day I cooked tortellini with pesto. We didn't finish.
Today I was thinking, "Hm, how do I reheat this pesto tortellini without a microwave oven?" I did not want to use the oven because I didn't want the pesto nor the tortellini to dry out.
I have an electric steamer.
So I steamed the pesto tortellini in the steamer. Don't know if this was correct or fusion or sacrilegious.
Math Teacher said it was delicious.
