Three-hour train ride from Tokyo. Spent three hours at the park. There was nothing around the park so we were stuck at having below-average park food.
The wisteria flowers were absolutely beautiful. The smell was wonderful. Oh, and the wisteria-flavored ice cream was surprisingly good!
We spent the night at Ashikaga City. It was like an abandoned ghost town. Really there was nothing except the flower park.
