自家製煎鬆餅
只有一匙糖雖然另外添上草莓果醬和蜂蜜
不添也成
Dry Ingredients:
人老了不能吃太甜
這樣最健康
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tspn baking powder
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 2/3 cups + 2 tbspns milk
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbspn unsalted butter (melted)
Steps:
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine all wet ingredients in another large bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry-ingredient bowl. Combine well.
- Pan fry the pancakes. When bubbles appear on the batter, flip the pancake over.
- While waiting for pancakes to fry, make a cup of coffee.
- Optional: serve with strawberry jam and/or honey.
